Two alloys, one principle: wire that is diamond drawn so the surface stays resistant and the geometry stays true.
Straight round wire is an alloy properly designed for forming arches and springs in fixed orthodontic appliances, diamond drawn to obtain resistant surfaces. Available in three tempers — hard, spring hard and extra spring hard — to be adapted to any therapeutic application.
Straight rectangular wire is an alloy properly designed for orthodontic applications, diamond drawn to obtain perfectly square angles and levelled surfaces. Available in two tempers, spring hard and extra spring hard, tested and quality controlled.
All straight wires are supplied in triangular shaped tubes: the shape stops the tube rolling off the bench, which matters more than it sounds when you are working with a dozen sections at once.
