Free Prewelding Service

Leone bands are weldable to any tube, bracket or accessory included in section G of the catalogue, and the prewelding service does it for you at no charge.

The service is processed with spot welding industrial units, and the standard placement puts the rectangular tube or bracket slot always perfectly centred on the band — mesio-distal and occlusal-gingival centred, not approximated. That is the difference between a prewelded band that delivers the prescription and one that merely holds a tube.

To order a custom preweld, specify all of the following:

• Type of band: pedodontic, bicuspid, 1st or 2nd molar, upper, lower, right or left
• Band size
• Type of bracket or tube
• Rectangular tube or bracket slot size
• Torque and rotation adjustments
• Round tube diameter
• Round tube preweld position reflecting the specific prescription of the selected tube

Variation in weld position may be requested if clearly specified when ordering.

Ready prewelded bands for the most commonly used techniques are available for prompt delivery, so a routine case never waits on the weld.
