Prewelded CALIBRA bands for Edgewise, Andrews, Roth, Boston and Alexander techniques are available in assortments of 25 or 78 bands. All trays can be autoclaved to avoid cross infections.
Weld quality is the whole product here. Leone welds with spot welding industrial units, and the tube is positioned so that the rectangular tube or bracket slot is always perfectly centred — that is what makes a prewelded band reproduce the prescription instead of approximating it.
Ready prewelded bands for the most commonly used techniques are held for prompt delivery, so a case does not wait on the weld.
Ordering: always specify the size, e.g. E1430-12 or E1520-17.
