Tubes and brackets
Leone MIM® buccal and lingual tubes, convertible tubes, weldable brackets, laser-welding connectors and accessories, with free prewelding to bands.
Leone makes its tubes and welding parts with MIM® technology — Metal Injection Moulding. For tubes that means absolute precision of the slot size; for brackets, micro-machining with a general tolerance below 3/100 mm.
Every detail serves two purposes: to hold accurately and to go unnoticed. That is why the tubes have a bevelled design, and why the under-edges of bracket tie wings are rounded.
Free prewelding and solder-brazing
Every MIM® tube and attachment can be prewelded to a CALIBRA® or WEB band, or solder-brazed onto the D.B. anatomical MAXI mesh pad F2800-00, which is contoured for the first molar. Both services are free of charge.
To order a prewelded or brazed part, specify: band type (pedodontic, bicuspid, first or second molar, upper, lower, right or left), band size, bracket or tube type, slot size, torque and rotation, round tube diameter, and the weld position.
Important: custom prewelded material cannot be returned.
