Leone expansion screws for removable appliances: POP techno polymer, standard stainless steel, special purpose shapes, and the Twin Wing Class II corrector.

Every Leone expansion screw is made in Italy on computer-aided automated machines, from biomedical stainless steel of the highest quality or from techno polymer injection moulded over a stainless steel frame. Bodies and guides are machined to tolerances of ±0.01 mm, which is what guarantees the stability and precision a removable appliance depends on.
